Why Puvio

The tools you use were built for someone else.

Applications, spreadsheets, and blank brag docs were built for the other side of the table. Puvio is built for yours. A note that sounds like you, or a win log that survives review.

Applications into a queue versus a note you copy and send
Forty applications can sit in a queue. Puvio drafts one researched note. You copy it and send it.

In short

Puvio gives you one card per role with fit score, company research, alumni and people at the company to ask for a referral, and researched outreach drafts from your record, their public profile, and company context. Including a draft from any LinkedIn URL. Puvio lets you log wins in under a minute when work is fresh and export a brag doc your manager can cite in calibration.

Job search

Activity is not the same as being seen.

Forty applications can mean forty confirmations and zero humans who can help you get in. The ATS was built to rank you for recruiters skimming hundreds of rows. Not to tell you who to ask, or what to reference in the note. We obsess over the message. Everyone else obsesses over the resume. Puvio drafts researched outreach from your record, their public profile, and company context. You copy and send.

What most people doWhat Puvio does
ApplicationsSame opener to four hundred strangers. Inbox silence.Six notes to people who can help you get in. Each asks for help with homework done.
SpreadsheetURLs and dates. No fit score. No contacts on the row.One card per role. Posting, research, alumni & contacts, draft together.
Résumé alonePDF in a queue. Keyword filter. Maybe a human.Your record powers fit + outreach before you hit Apply.

Maya Okonkwo sent forty applications and heard nothing. Eleven days on one board: three replies from people on those teams. Same résumé.

Career growth

Your manager cannot promote what you never wrote down.

Review season turns into reconstructing a year from memory, Slack threads, and guilt. The person who gets Senior often did similar work. They just left receipts their manager could read in calibration.

Questions people ask before switching

Why does LinkedIn Easy Apply get no responses?
Easy Apply is one version of a broader problem: applications go into silence. Portals and job boards do the same volume game. Puvio ranks contacts (alumni prioritized) on each role and drafts a note that sounds like you. So you ask for a referral with homework, not another silent Apply.
What is wrong with tracking job applications in a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets store links and status. They do not run fit analysis against your profile, pull company intel, surface alumni and contacts, or draft notes in your voice. Puvio keeps posting, research, contacts, and outreach on one card per role.
When should I write my brag doc for performance review?
Not the night before review season. Log wins in Puvio when work is fresh. Often under a minute per entry. Then polish and export before calibration. Managers cite metrics from docs they received weeks earlier.
Is Puvio a replacement for LinkedIn Premium?
No: and Premium alone is not $70/mo either. Premium Career is about $40/mo for visibility inside LinkedIn. Many seekers also pay for résumé / ATS checkers (often ~$30+/mo), so the usual stack often hits $70+. Then you still draft outreach by hand, hunt contacts, research companies, and polish LinkedIn for views. Puvio is the other job: alumni and people at the company to ask for a referral, how you fit, and a draft that sounds like you. Complete is $29/mo for that loop.
How is Puvio different from an ATS?
An ATS is where employers collect applications. Puvio is where you run your search. Board, fit, research, alumni and contacts, outreach for the job search; win log, polish, brag doc after you land. You use both: ask someone who can help you get in, then apply through the portal when required.
