In short
Simplify is a Chrome extension that autofills job applications across many ATS portals and tracks what you submitted. Puvio ($0-$29/mo) does not autofill. After you apply, or instead of waiting on the portal, Puvio scores fit against your record, researches the company, and ranks alumni and people at the company. Then it drafts a note from those facts. You copy it and send it. You still fill forms if the company requires it. Simplify shortens the form. Puvio is the homework the form never does.
Use Simplify if typing the same fields into Workday is the bottleneck. Use Puvio if you already applied and heard nothing.

Use Simplify if you apply through portals all day and the bottleneck is retyping name, dates, and work history.
Use Puvio if the forms are done and nobody replies. Ask an alum or someone on the team. Send a note that cites what they shipped, from work you already wrote down.
