In short
Puvio is a career tool that keeps one record of a person's work and uses it twice: to research roles and draft outreach during a job search, and to log wins for performance reviews afterwards. You upload a résumé once and Puvio extracts roles, skills, projects, and wins into a profile you can edit. For each job posting you save, Puvio scores your fit against that record, researches what the company builds and shipped recently, ranks alumni and people on the team who could give a referral, and drafts a note built from all three, with each fact traceable to its source. Puvio never asks for a LinkedIn login and never sends anything; you copy and send every note from your own account. Free tier includes 75 credits. Paid plans are $15 and $29 per month. It is not a reusable cold DM. People delete those. They reply when the note shows homework.
